Multi-Venue Live Streaming for a National Dealer Conference
Multi-venue simultaneous live streaming of a national dealer and service-provider conference for a leading Chinese FMCG household brand, run from a large multi-view control wall.

- Simultaneous multi-venue live stream
- Unified main-venue program feed
- Multi-view control-wall monitoring
- Recorded program masters
The brief
Liby (立白) needed to hold its national dealer and service-provider conference across multiple venues at once, streamed live so partners everywhere could take part in the same program at the same time. The challenge was coordination: several venues, one shared program, and no tolerance for feeds drifting out of sync in front of a national audience. Each venue had its own room, its own lighting and its own timing, yet all of it had to arrive as a single, seamless broadcast.
What we did
We ran multiple camera crews across the participating venues and brought every feed back to a large multi-view control wall, where a dedicated technical director could see all sources at once and cut a single unified program. From that wall we streamed the conference live and simultaneously to the whole dealer and service-provider network, keeping the main-venue program and the remote venues locked together.
Redundant streaming and encoding paths were held ready throughout, and each venue was tested end-to-end before the conference opened. The control wall gave the director the full picture at a glance, so switching between venues stayed clean and the program never lost its thread.
The result
A synchronized multi-venue live stream that connected a national dealer and service-provider network into a single live conference. Partners across the country joined the same program in real time, the multi-view control wall kept every venue monitored and on-cue, and recorded masters were retained for later review and internal distribution. The result gave the brand one unified live event in place of a scattered set of separate meetings, letting leadership address the entire network directly and giving every venue the sense of taking part in the same moment. It turned a logistically complex, multi-city gathering into a single broadcast the whole partner base could rally around.
