Frequently asked questions
Do you only design stands, or do you build them too?+
Both. We handle the whole job — design, construction, on-site build and dismantle. You do not need to hire a separate contractor. Our crews build the stand on the show floor and clear it out at the end, all managed by one project manager.
Which shows and cities do you cover?+
Shows across China, including the Canton Fair in Guangzhou, CIIE and MWC Shanghai, and industry expos in Beijing, Shenzhen, Chengdu, Hangzhou and other host cities. With offices in four cities and crews nationwide, we can build wherever your show is held.
How much lead time do you need?+
For a modular or standard stand, two to three weeks is usually enough. Custom and multimedia stands need more — typically four to eight weeks — to allow design sign-off, fabrication, content production and venue approvals. Tell us the show date and we will confirm what is realistic.
Can you handle venue permits and safety compliance?+
Yes. We engineer stands to each venue's regulations and handle the electrical, rigging and structural submissions organizers require, including inspections before the hall opens. This is one of the main reasons overseas exhibitors hire a local builder.
Can the stand be reused at other shows?+
Yes. We design reusable modular systems and can store your core kit between events, refreshing graphics and layout for each show. For brands exhibiting several times a year this cuts cost and setup time considerably.
Can you invoice an overseas company?+
Yes. We regularly work with international clients and can invoice overseas entities, with a clear itemized quote in US dollars up front. Your bilingual project manager keeps budget and scope transparent throughout.
