Can remote speakers present live from overseas?+
Yes. We integrate remote presenters two-way — they see and hear the room, the room sees them — through Zoom, Teams or dedicated callers, with a tech check before their session.
How do you handle multiple interpretation languages?+
We take a discrete feed per language from the interpretation booth and assign each to its own stream, audio channel or recording. We have delivered congresses with up to six simultaneous languages.
Can you work alongside our appointed venue AV supplier?+
Yes, and we prefer to coordinate early. We routinely take audio and screen feeds from house systems and add the broadcast and streaming layer on top.
Can delegates in China and overseas both watch live?+
Yes — that is the standard brief. We stream simultaneously to international platforms (YouTube, Zoom, LinkedIn) and Chinese platforms (WeChat Channels, Bilibili) from the same control position.
How quickly are session recordings available?+
