Your team briefs us in English; we run the room in Chinese. You get one English-speaking producer as your single point of contact from the first call to the post-event archive.

Frequently asked questions
Can you live stream to YouTube from inside China?+
Yes. We maintain the technical setup and connectivity required to deliver stable streams to YouTube, Zoom, LinkedIn and other international platforms from venues inside China, alongside simultaneous streams to Chinese platforms. This is our core specialty and we test every platform before show day.
How many platforms can you stream to at once?+
Our record is 11 platforms simultaneously for a single summit. A typical corporate event streams to 2–5 platforms — for example YouTube and Zoom internationally plus WeChat Channels domestically.
What happens if the venue internet fails?+
We never rely on venue internet alone. Standard and Broadcast packages include bonded 4G/5G backup links and dual encoders, so the stream continues even if the house line drops.
Can you handle interpretation audio?+
Yes. We take discrete feeds from the interpretation booth and mix each language into its own stream or audio channel — we have delivered events in up to six languages.
Do we get a recording after the event?+
Always. You receive the program recording, and on multi-camera packages the individual camera ISOs as well. Same-day highlight edits are available as an add-on.
How far in advance should we book?+
Two to four weeks is comfortable for most events. We regularly take bookings on shorter notice — for standard setups we can usually confirm a crew within one business day and be on site within 48–72 hours.
