A Cross-Border Live-Streaming Website for a Southeast-Asia Marketplace
A branded live-streaming website and broadcast for the platform, supporting multiple sessions with real-time chat and interaction for Southeast-Asia sellers.

- Branded livestream stage and website
- Multi-session live broadcasting
- Real-time chat and audience interaction
- Cross-border delivery for SEA sellers
The brief
A major cross-border e-commerce platform needed a cross-border e-commerce live-streaming website and broadcast built for its Southeast-Asia sellers. The platform had to carry a branded livestream stage, run multiple sessions, and keep buyers engaged with real-time chat and interaction — all reliable enough to broadcast across borders to audiences throughout the region.
What we did
We built a branded live-streaming website with a dedicated broadcast stage carrying the platform's brand identity, and set it up to run multiple live sessions rather than a single one-off stream. Audiences could join a broadcast and take part through real-time chat and interaction, so each session felt like a conversation between seller and buyer rather than a one-way feed.
On the production side, we handled the live broadcast itself — directing the stage, managing the encoding and streaming, and keeping the feed stable for cross-border viewers across Southeast Asia. We tuned the site and stream for the region's varied devices and connections so sellers could reach their audiences without dropouts, and buyers could watch, chat, and respond in the moment. The multi-session structure meant the platform could carry a schedule of broadcasts rather than a single event, giving different sellers and campaigns their own airtime while sharing one consistent, branded home. Throughout, we kept the focus on the interaction between seller and buyer, since it is the real-time back-and-forth — questions answered, products shown on demand — that turns a livestream into a sale.
The result
The platform gained a branded livestream platform purpose-built for cross-border selling, letting Southeast-Asia sellers broadcast to buyers in real time and interact with them live throughout each session. By combining a branded stage, multi-session broadcasting, and real-time chat in one reliable website, the project turned live streaming into a direct, interactive sales channel between sellers and their regional audiences across Southeast Asia.
